Does anyone add or decrease their calories using the instructions on the package? I sometimes add half the amount of oil if it’s breakfast or add 1/2 the oil and add in a scoop of peanut butter.
I have cut the oil in half before, and I have also used just a TBSP or so of Heavy cream instead. It cuts down on the calories a bit, but is still very filling.
